Laboratory and Testing

Enviropipes’ NATA-accredited laboratory ensures every product meets the highest standards of quality and performance through rigorous, certified testing and continuous verification across all stages of production.

Certified to ISO17025

Our Laboratory performs testing in all phases of the manufacturing process, from testing incoming raw materials purchased by Enviropipes to ensure conformity with the requirements of the applicable standards, to measuring and testing finished products made from the raw material.

Having one of WA’s largest hydrotesting waterbaths allows Enviropipes to complete ISO 1167 and AS 1462.6 NATA certified testing in-house. This ensures that the product you are purchasing will perform reliably at its maximum allowable working pressure.

Our products need to meet the relevant product standards, including AS4130, AS4129 and AS5065.  To ensure every pipe and fitting that leaves our premises is compliant Enviropipes has a Product Sampling and Testing Plan. The Product Sampling and Testing is audited annually by ApprovalMark International (a JAS-ANZ certified body).

Our goal is to continue to provide a quality product you can rely on, a product that lasts, with consistent dimensions for designers and specifiers to be confident in their selections.

  1. The competency of our staff meets NATA requirements. Dedicated laboratory staff are subject to validation and verification analyses to ensure performance of tasks is consistent and impartial.
  2. The quality and reliability of our testing procedures.
  3. The precision of our equipment and the accuracy of our results is in accordance with the respective testing standards. Enviropipes performs calibrations in accordance with our ISO 9001 management system and certified ISO 17025 laboratory practices.
